No VAT identification number (§ 27a UStG) at present. Klartext is currently operated by a private individual and is not yet entered in the commercial register. Once the operating company Klartext UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is incorporated, this notice will be updated with the company name, registered seat, commercial-register court and number (HRB), managing director, and VAT ID.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
